Our baths are fed by a spring that leaves the rock at thirty-four degrees. We cool part of it for the first pool, heat part of it for the last, and leave the middle one exactly as the mountain made it.
Start warm, for as long as it takes to stop thinking about the drive. Move to the cold plunge — glacier water, nine degrees, twenty seconds is plenty — and then lie down in the quiet room and let the ridge do the rest.
Most guests find the third round is the one they remember.

The baths are open to all escapes from seven in the morning until ten at night, and can be booked privately for the last hour of the evening.
