About the escape
Twenty minutes on foot from the nearest road, the Forest Cabin sits in a clearing of four-hundred-year-old pines. There is no Wi-Fi, a single lamp per room and a porch that catches the last light of the day.
It is the smallest of our escapes and the one guests return to most: a place to sleep long, walk far and read the book you have been carrying around for a year.
